Cancellation/Refund Policy

KC's Cottages reserves the right to consider the rental cancelled in the following circumstances:

If the Renter provides written notification of cancellation.

If the Renter fails to pay the balance of the rental by the time specified.

In the event that the booking is cancelled, KCs Cottages, without being obliged to do so, may attempt to rebook the property.

If the booking is cancelled more than one month before the booking date, the Vacationer will be refunded all monies, less the 50% non-refundable deposit fee if the cottage is rebooked. If the cottage is not rebooked, there will be no refund.

If the booking is cancelled less than one month before the booking date, the Vacationer will be refunded all monies, less the 50% non-refundable deposit fee, if the cottage is rebooked. If the cottage is not rebooked, there will be no refund.

​With a written cancellation request, KC's Cottages shall have the right to market the said property as available for rent.

No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, power outages or other events that are beyond the Owners reasonable control.
